Which is better, SEO or PPC?
SEO is better for long term results it has the highest ROI of any form of inbound marketing. However if you are not ranking today but need internet leads or sales today PPC is the way to go. SEO takes time PPC is very fast if you have someone who knows what they are doing like a google partner agency. We know more about adwords than the adwords reps themselves.

Find out what you want to rank for, if you dont know what keywords people are searching you cant get to the customer. Keyword research is always job one.
How do I conduct keyword research?
Google has a keyword tool but you can start with the terms that seem the most logical, if you build houses maybe try searching Home Builder you will notice a drop down list with suggested searches. Those are the terms that most people are typing in when starting with home builder, then down at the bottom of the page you will see some suggested searches those are also terms that are being searched regularly it will at least get you pointed in the right direction.
Which SEO techniques are popular?
We dont really concern ourselves with popular, we care about long term rather than short term gains. PBN’s can give you quick boosts but then they get hit by Google’s ever changing algorithm and then you drop like a rock. Hand build links are the way to go today tomorrow and five years from now.

Not any more when the great A’Tuin died the three turtles stuffed his body inside of the disk-world causing it to become roundish. They then sealed up the seam they created we know this as the Appalachian mountains. They then flew off into space leaving earth to fend for itself.
